Stabilised Gravel and Grass Surfaces:

The use of free draining natural materials for permeable paving and vehicle access surfaces is aesthetically pleasing and a SUDS friendly way of reducing demand on surface water drainage capacity.

The product range comprises:

Nidagravel gravel stabilising panels - a natural and free draining alternative to resin bound surfaces.

• The system is fast and easy to install, is invisible after construction and requires only minimal upkeep.
• Gravel contained in Nidagravel will not rut, migrate or sink, making the finished surface very suitable for pedestrian, light vehicle and wheelchair use.
• Design criteria is to provide a stable, free draining pavement layer capable of sustaining use for all the afore going uses up to and including emergency, utility, delivery and maintenance vehicles or equipment.

Hexapave HD permeable gravel surfaces - interlocking panels for heavier duty applications such as roadways, public car parks and access tracks for forestry and agricultural use.

• The units are certified as suitable for use where heavy vehicle transit is required.
• Cell sizes are 50 mm hexagon, in order to accommodate aggregate sizes up to 20 mm.
• Surfaces are contained in a similar way to Nidagravel, with the additional benefit of enhanced resistance to lateral and point loadings.
• Simple and productive to install.

Grassington permeable grass paving - interlocking panels for erosion control and grass surfaces capable of supporting most forms of vehicle access.

• Suitable for reinforced grass surfaces where regular vehicle and pedestrian access is sought.
• Designed with resistance to wheel loadings of up to 380 t/sq.mtr.
• Interlocking system allows for expansion/contraction between panels, thereby minimizing risk of "heave".
• Also may be used as containment system for sedum surfaces on roofs, terraces and other "Green" installations.

Self Binding and Stabilised Aggregates for light duty pathway and access requirements, where a natural granular appearance is sought.

• Three colours of natural self binding aggregates are offered - Spring Frost: a silver grey, Autumn Gold: a traditional golden buff and Springburn Red : a brindle red/brown.
• In addition EnviroPAVE surfaces can be achieved using Organic Interlock natural binders to produce permeable, stabilized surfaces using local quarry fines and, where suitable, waste or reclaimed aggregates sources.
